Terms & Conditions

Enrollment – Applications are subject to approval. Scriveiner reserves the right to accept or decline affiliates at our sole discretion.
Affiliate Responsibilities – You agree to:
Promote Scriveiner in a professional and ethical manner.
Avoid spam, misleading claims, or offensive content.
Not bid on Scriveiner trademarks in paid search advertising.
Commissions – Affiliates earn 5% of the net sales value from valid purchases made via their unique affiliate link.
Commission is not paid on cancelled, refunded, or fraudulent orders.
Payments are made monthly.

4. Intellectual Property – Scriveiner grants affiliates a limited, non-exclusive license to use our name, trademarks, and creative assets solely for the purpose of promoting our products.

5. Compliance – Affiliates must follow applicable advertising laws and disclose affiliate relationships clearly in line with FTC guidelines.

6. Termination – Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Scriveiner may revoke affiliate status for violations of these terms.

7. Modification – Scriveiner reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time, with notice provided to active affiliates.

We manage our affiliate program through Wayward, a trusted platform for brands and creators.
After your application is reviewed and approved via email, you’ll be invited to create a free Wayward creator account. This will allow us to send you an official invite to the Scriveiner program, where you can start earning commissions for promoting our products.
