Scriveiner Classic Füllfederhalter in Schwarzlack, feine Feder

I have some 16 fountain pens, one is a name brand costing over $1,500, and my black lacquer Scriveiner is by far my favorite.

I accidentally let my pen roll off the desk and it fell nib first onto a wooden floor. It was standing on end like an arrow. I contacted Scriveiner to see if I could get a replacement nib.I wasn’t expecting the response I received which was that out of goodwill they were going to send me a replacement pen free of charge.Pretty awesome!Oh and if you’re wondering - the pen writes nice and looks great. Beautiful pen for the price. You can pay 10 times more in a jeweler. Easy to write with and feels comfortable in your hans.

Using the Scriveiner Fountain Pen is an exceptional experience. I have owned fountain pens before, and this fountain pen surprised me with its quality. Frankly, I did not expect such a high quality tip for the price. You will notice a difference if you alternate between writing with the fountain pen on a single sheet of paper on a hard surface or on a pad of paper but generally, it is an exceptional writing experience. It is a pleasure to handle the pen. The weight is perfect, not too weighty and not too light. Also, based on another users review, I ordered a FINE point on the pen even though I wanted a MEDIUM in practice. That has actually worked. It does write with a slightly broader line than you imagine. So if you actually want a Medium, I suggest you buy the FINE point. This pen is a great buy for the price.
