Customer Service is more than a slogan…

The box of cartridges on the left arrived damaged in transit. I had not ordered from Scriveiner before and needed this type of cartridge for my new fountain pen. I contacted them by email and had a response in hours…a replacement box in a few days. This is a family business and the personal touch was greatly appreciated. I will order from them whenever possible going forward. I encourage anyone who loves fountain pens to do the same.
