I bought a couple Scriveiner pens and liked them so much that I bought more. This was over a year ago. Recently, the threads on the back of the body of one of the EDC pens stopped holding the cap securely, so I contacted the company about it. They asked me to submit a video showing the problem, along with my warranty registration number. So I sent the video and the number (it took all of five minutes), and a couple of days later I got an email indicating that a replacement pen would be arriving in five days. Great service. I only had this problem with one of six pens, so it's not a common issue. Their email said they're a small, family-run company. I'm glad to support them.
