Not only is this pen a beautiful color, more importantly it is a wonderful writing implement. Very smooth flow.

Classic Crimson Red Rollerball Pen

I want to commend Scriveiner, and especially Catherine in Customer Service, for their excellent customer service. I intended to order two pens, a Classic Blue and a Classic Black, but mistakenly ordered an EDC Black. No problem! They promptly approved the return of my EDC Black pen.

I started writing with the Classic Blue but quickly discovered that I didn't like the feel of the ink flow. No problem again! They authorized me to return both pens, and I ordered a Black and a Blue ballpoint pen.

I dealt with Catherine the entire time and she was very helpful and keen to make sure I had all the correct information regarding my options. And her responses were always prompt - even when it meant she was responding to me at 11 o'clock at night.

I can't say enough about the company and how well they treat their customers. I will be a customer for life!

Ordered another one, and bought 2 more different colored ones as gifts. Just ❤️ these!
